New Screencast for Blu-ray to DVD using multiAVCHD

Okay, I had a number of requests for a screencast version of my original Blu-ray to DVD using multiAVCHD post. So, being the awesome person that I am, I created one.

It is my hope that this screencast will clea up any questions that you may have had. multiAVCHD really is a wonderful program, and continues to get better practically every day.

I will continue to test multiAVCHD’s features, and produce tutorials that detail it’s many capabilities. One feature that I really would like to test out is it’s “Blu-ray re-author” mode (which, rumor has it, BD Rebuilder may also support in the future).

Well, I hope you enjoy the video, and enjoy the rest of my tutorials!

Great tutorial. Looking forward to trying it out tomorrow.

I’m wanting to convert bluray to DVD9 (for SD standalones] including extras (“making of ” & photo gallery). Would also like to have menus, though. Perhaps then I could use the VOBs created by this app and then use another app for authoring menus?

any suggestions? i’m new to this

Yes, you are correct. You will need another program to create the menus.

There are a variety of different menu authoring programs out there (see this list) both payware and freeware. I haven’t experimented with them for a while, but I have heard good things about DVDStyler and DVD Flick (both of which are free).
